Ordering Your Orthotics

Body Sync is a Canadian based, custom foot orthotic service.  We pride ourselves on our professional service and quality.  In the case of those who are not local to our lab in Toronto Canada, we have made it possible for you to still enjoy the benefits the of best custom orthotics available today.

Body Sync orthotics are made from impressions of your feet while in a neutral non-weight bearing position. The orthotics are made from durable, non allergenic carbon based thermal plastics guaranteed to last 2 years but they will probably last 5.  They will never break or loose their shape but we recommend that you renew them after a period of 2 to 5 years (depending on weight and activity level) to assure proper correction.

On ordering your pair of Body Sync orthotics our fast-cast impression kit is immediately shipped to you with confirmation via submission or the form below. The kit includes full instructions on how to take accurate impressions of your feet simulating normal foot position.

The fast-cast impression kit should then be returned to us with the enclosed patient data form and any prescriptions or previous assessments that you may have from other health care professionals.  Your custom orthotics will be manufactured and sent back to you within 10 days of receiving the kit.

Your Body Sync orthotics are manufactured by our qualified and board certified pedorthist (Canada).

Our precise manufacturing technique ensures that Body Sync orthotics are fine tuned to your specific needs.

The total cost for a pair of Body Sync Orthotics is $450.00 (CAN).   When you complete the form below and submit it, your credit card will be debited $50.00 which covers the cost of the fast-cast impression kit and postage to you.

The balance of $400.00 can be sent to us when you return your impression kit and order your Body Sync Orthotics.  Shipping and handling costs are included.

When you receive the impression kit, you will also find an information form which should be completed and returned as well as detailed casting instructions.  This will enable us to make a pair of Body Sync Orthotics, specifically suited to your needs and foot wear applications.  If you have a prescription for orthotics, a copy should be included with your submission.
