To achieve adequate biomechanical correction, one must wear fully enclosed shoes with a Custom Orthotic insert.  The shoes provided by Body Sync are specialy designed to accomodate custom orthotics as well as having other orthopedic features while being consciensious of style.

The diabetic shoe is made from a stretchable material that conforms to your foot throughout the day.
Since the shoe moves with you, you will never need to spend time breaking in this shoe.
The Tandem Closure System™ allows for both a traditional lace and Velcroe closeure options.
The diabletic shoe is seamless and machine washable. Avialable in medium, wide and extra wide.
